Provide support to both new Sales generation and Account Management in the achievement of targeted membership growth and retention. Responsible in providing support in a cost effective manner and meet deadlines with group sales and account servicing functions, preparation of information to accounts and timely responses to inquiries.
This position will require you to obtain your Disability Agents license within the first 90 days of hire.
Minimum Education Requirements
Associates Degree Relevant field. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of education.
Minimum Knowledge/Skills Requirements
Intermediate attention to detail, organization, prioritization and problem solving skills
Intermediate working knowledge of Group Health benefit plans, services and procedures and thorough knowledge of business line processes and Lotus Notes. Training and communication skills. Computer skills in a Windows environment.
Minimum Experience Requirements
2 years Medical insurance plan experience in department with marketing-related functions
Minimum License/Certifications Requirements
Able to obtain shortly after hire Disability Agents license within 6 months of hire and renewed per OIC regulations.
